Barrel Aged Imperial Stout x Barleywine Cuvee -12% We sampled our way through the barrel cellar again and blended up a a special cuvée consisting of a couple select bourbon barrel aged stouts, a maple bourbon barrel aged stout and enough barleywine to round out the mix. We get big fudgy notes on the nose and taste a pleasantly round barrel character with notes of smooth coffee, toffee and dark chocolate covered raisins . Cheers to another year!
